Matariki Residence is privately owned.
On your day of check in, from midday; On your day of check out, by midday.
On request, various tailored services can also be arranged whilst staying at the property eg. Mid stay or more regular cleaning; Food and/or wine packages on arrival; on site chefs; heliskiing bookings, wine tours etc.
Yes, a single rollout bed and/or cot can be made available to guests.
If arriving by air, a flight to Queenstown airport (IATA: ZQN, ICAO: NZQN) which is located in Frankton, Otago, New Zealand. Followed by a short drive of ~8 km (5.0 mi) will take you to the doorstep of Matariki Residence. Hire cars, taxis or ride share services can be arranged online and collected from Queenstown airport.

If arriving by land, you can drive to Matariki Residence with off street parking available.

The exact address of the property will be provided with your booking confirmation.

Note: International flights from most places other than Sydney and Melbourne, Australia typically fly into another major New Zeleand airport eg. Auckland or Christchurch, before then another dometic flight on to Queenstown airport.
